Voice in. Tasks out.

Speak an idea, planFlo parses it the same way it parses typing. Useful when your hands are not available.

Some of the best ideas show up when you are not at your desk. Driving home. Walking the dog. In the shower (yes, there is a waterproof case). Typing them into an app is usually the last thing you want to do.

So we wired voice input directly into Flo.

How it works

Hit the microphone button, say your thought, and stop talking. planFlo sends the audio through a transcription step, then straight into the same AI parser that handles typing. You get the same output: a card with priority, deadline, category, and the right board column, already filled in.

One voice note in, one organized task out. No keyboard needed.

Where it shines

  • Commuting and remembering that one thing you had to follow up on
  • Thinking out loud on a walk and not losing the thread
  • Hands busy with cooking, feeding a baby, folding laundry
  • Meetings where typing would be rude but you want to capture a follow-up

Privacy

Audio is transcribed and then discarded. We do not store the recording, only the resulting text on the card. You see exactly what the transcription produced before it is saved, and you can edit or cancel if it caught the wrong thing.

Voice input is a Pro and Max feature. It counts as one AI request per use, same as typing.
