Terms of Service

By accessing or using planFlo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

planFlo is an AI-powered productivity workspace that helps individuals organize tasks, meetings, and content ideas. The Service includes a project view, calendar view, draft generator, and an AI chat assistant (available on Pro and Max plans).

The Service is offered in three tiers:

• Free: Manual workspace tools with no AI features.
• Pro ($15/month): AI chat assistant (Claude Sonnet), voice input, auto card creation, file uploads, AI Memory (rolling context summaries), 1,000 AI requests/month, up to 3 projects.
• Max ($25/month): Everything in Pro plus Claude Opus for complex tasks, AI Memory, file uploads included, 2,000 AI requests/month, unlimited projects.

You may use the workspace without an account (data is stored locally in your browser). To access Pro features or sync data across devices, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service
• Use the AI features to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Share your account credentials with others

The AI features in planFlo are powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI-generated content (including drafts, task suggestions, and priority assignments) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any AI-generated output.

planFlo does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe at the rates below:

• Pro: $15/month or $150/year. Includes a 7-day free trial — no credit card required.
• Max: $25/month (introductory rate: $20 for the first month, then $25/month) or $250/year.

The Pro free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. The Max introductory rate automatically converts to the standard rate after the first month. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of an annual term.

You retain ownership of all content you create in planFlo. By using the Service, you grant planFlo a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The planFlo name, logo, and application code are the property of Vincent Goh. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, planFlo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
