Why this exists

Most productivity tools ask you to do the organizing work yourself — set up a system, maintain it, tag everything correctly, and hope you remember to check it. That's fine when you have two tasks. It breaks down when you have forty ideas, three active projects, and a content calendar to maintain.

Notion requires a system. Linear is built for engineering teams. To-do apps are too simple for anything real. I built planFlo because I wanted something that just understood what I was saying and put it in the right place.

How it works

You type (or speak) a raw thought — "write a pitch deck for investors, need it by Thursday, high priority" — and planFlo pulls out the priority, the deadline, the category, and the right column on your project. No menus. No dropdowns. No tagging.

Content ideas auto-generate a draft. Dated tasks land on your calendar. The workspace organizes itself around how you actually think, not the other way around.

You can also upload a file — a screenshot, PDF, or text doc — and the AI reads it and extracts every action item automatically, ready to add to your project in one click.

planFlo runs on Anthropic's Claude — one of the most capable and safety-focused AI model families available. planFlo automatically picks the right model for every task. No settings required.

  • Claude Sonnet — Fast and reliable. The default for every request. Handles chat, idea capture, drafts, and most of what you'll throw at it. Used on both Pro and Max plans.
  • Claude Opus — Most capable. Anthropic's smartest model. Automatically activated for complex documents, file analysis, and tasks that need deeper reasoning. Max plan only.

You don't configure any of this. planFlo picks the right model in the background — so everyday tasks are fast, and complex ones get the intelligence they need.
