Projects : every board in one view

When you are juggling three or four things at once, the last thing you need is to click between them to remember what is open.

planFlo is built around individual boards, each with their own kanban board, calendar events, and notes. That works great when you are deep in one thing. It works less great when you are running three clients and a side board, and you just want to know what is on fire.

Projects is the fix.

Every board, one screen

Open the Projects view and you see a grid of cards, one per board. Each card shows a progress bar (how many tasks done vs total), an urgency badge if anything is overdue or due soon, and the board color you picked.

Click the quick-view popup to see the open cards inside a board without leaving the Projects screen. Click the board name to jump fully in.

Who it is for

  • Freelancers with multiple clients, each a separate board
  • Founders running a main product and a couple of experiments
  • Anyone with personal boards sitting alongside work

Small things that add up

You can pin the boards you actually care about so they always show first. You can rename and recolor any board inline, no menus. The grid adapts to how many boards you have, so a new board is visible immediately and does not push everything else off-screen.

Projects is on Free, Pro, and Max. The only plan-based limit is how many active boards you can have at once (1 on Free, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Max). Your existing boards never disappear if you downgrade; they go into a read-only state until you upgrade again.
