planFlo has been free-only for most of its life. That changed today. Pro and Max are now live, with a 7-day free trial on Pro for anyone who wants to try the AI before paying.
Three tiers, simple choice
Free stays free, forever. You get boards, calendar, notes, drag-and-drop. Everything you need to get organized manually, including Google Calendar integration. No AI.
Pro is $10 a month. You unlock Flo, our AI assistant running on Claude Sonnet. 1,000 AI requests per month. Voice input. File uploads. Memory. Smart task parsing. Up to 5 active boards.
Max is $18 a month. Everything in Pro, plus Claude Opus for complex documents and heavy reasoning. 2,000 AI requests per month. Unlimited boards. Cheaper file uploads. Early access to new features.
Add a payment method, get full access to everything in Pro for a week, cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not billed. Your account drops to Free and your data stays.
Why $10 and $18
Honest answer: we looked at what similar tools charge and asked what a fair price looks like for a solo creator. Notion AI adds $10 on top of their $12 plan. Motion starts at $19. ClickUp AI is $7 but bolted onto a complicated base product.
$10 for a workspace that already includes AI felt like the right number. Max at $18 gives power users everything, still under $20. Annual plans get 2 months free at both tiers.
What the trial proves
The trial is not a sales trick. It exists because we believe the only way you will know if Flo is worth $10 is to use it for a week. If you try it and it is not helping, cancel. No hard feelings.
And Free stays Free. Not a time-bombed trial, not a feature-starved downgrade. If manual organization is what you need, that version of planFlo is genuinely ours to give you.
Thanks to everyone who has been using planFlo while we figured this out. Paid plans let us keep improving the product instead of switching attention to something else.
