Open Focus and planFlo filters down to the cards that actually need attention right now. Urgent items. Due today or tomorrow. High priority. Things you flagged recently. Grouped by level so the most pressing items sit at the top.
Everything else stays in your boards, untouched. Nothing is hidden. You just stop seeing it while you are here.
If opening your workspace feels overwhelming, Focus Mode should feel like a deep breath. That is the bar we keep it to.
When to use it
- First thing in the morning, before opening any board
- Returning from a long break, to re-enter your own work
- End of day, to see what really needs to carry over to tomorrow
- Any moment you feel scattered and want the fastest path back
You can archive directly from Focus Mode with a two-step confirm. Clean up quickly without bouncing between views.
Focus is available on every plan, free or paid. A good filter should not be a paid feature.
