Google Calendar , both ways

Tasks with dates show up on your calendar. Events on your calendar show up in planFlo. No copy-paste in either direction.

Most productivity tools treat your calendar like a different country. You plan in one app, you schedule in another, and the reconciliation lives in your head. Google Calendar in planFlo is different.

Two directions, one connection

Connect your Google account once. From then on, two things happen automatically.

Tasks with dates push to your calendar. Any card with a due date shows up as an event in your primary Google Calendar. Change the date on the card, the event moves. Complete the card, the event is removed. You never duplicate work.

Your calendar shows up in planFlo. All your existing events (meetings, appointments, reminders) appear in the planFlo calendar view alongside your tasks. Month, week, and day. Everything on one screen so you can actually plan.

Why it is free on every plan

Calendar sync feels like something products lock behind paid tiers. We decided to keep it on Free. A workspace that cannot see your real schedule is not a planning tool. It is a different planet.

How to turn it on

Go to Account settings, find Integrations, click Connect Google Calendar. That is it. The first sync runs in the background and you can revoke access anytime from the same place.

We only request the calendar scope. Nothing else on your Google account is touched.
